Cub Edu Safari

A rare opportunity exists in this enclosed area to interact with young lion cubs and to walk around and view other indigenous young animals, such as cheetah, hyena, black leopard and caracal, as well as the ever-popular and rare white lions.

Scool Excursions

 

The Lion Park offers school excursions to ensure all South Africans from all walks of life get to learn about our wildlife heritage. Our tours are educational and fun offering learners the opportunity to interact with our lion cubs and to go on a guided drive through the main park led by a trained guide.

 

Self-Drive through the Main Park

 

Take a self-drive through the main park on an easy to follow route that will take you through the antelope area where you will see various antelope species, then past the hyena and cheetah enclosures and final into the four camps which house our lion prides.

 

Walk on the Wild Side

 

This leisurely walk takes about 40 minutes and gives visitors the opportunity to get "up close and personal" with some of Africa's largest predators. The walk is an exciting experience on its own; however the main focus is always on education. Many facts can be learned about the lifestyles and social and behavioural structures of these animals. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
